Common questions about Radix
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Any learner, including a guest, gets all three courses, every root and word, and unlimited daily review without paying and without a trial that runs out. Plans pay for the tools a parent or teacher uses and for AI coaching on writing.
What does Family include?
Every child in your household under one parent account, the parent dashboard with pacing and projected finish dates, the daily-target control for each child, queue explanations, the mastery report, and AI writing feedback for your children.
Who handles billing?
Payments run through Stripe. You can change your card, switch plans, or cancel from the billing portal linked in the Family hub, and a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you show ads to children or sell student data?
Never. There are no ads and no trackers, and student data is never sold or shared. Radix operates in compliance with COPPA and FERPA.
How do teacher-issued family codes work?
Students cannot generate share codes. A verified teacher or school administrator issues a single-use, 24-hour code from the class roster, and the parent redeems it in the Family hub.
Can schools pay by purchase order?
Yes. Schools and districts are invoiced yearly per student and can pay by purchase order, card, or ACH with net-30 terms.
